A wellbeing centre required changes to their website as their users were unable to make any bookings for the courses, services, retreats and appointment sessions.

This made them frustrated, in addition, the website was not efficient or fit for purpose.

Research was conducted and the users shared their thoughts on what they wanted the website to contain and its functionality.
