IT Ticket System

  • The IT ticketing system, known as Sysaid is a system used company wide as a service user portal generating all IT requests according to their categories.

  • It was requested by users to enhance the application; icons were added onto the buttons and the general layout was amended.

  • Below shows the iterations of the colours and designs with A/B testing conducted on users.

  • This is the final view after a few changes were made to the design, in keeping with the outsourced application requirements and with a consistent colour scheme.

  • The blue hover colour was agreed by all to be better colour suggestion making everything clearer.
