A delivery and courier service wanted a more efficient, user friendly and fun website. This was their original website UI.

Users wanted to be kept up to date with news, blogs and any special offers, all of which were not clearly visible on their website.

A submission form was on every page meaning a lot of scrolling to get there but the new designs show a specific page to submit an enquiry, generated from a call me back button on the header of the desktop and mobile site.

Users and the client also noted that there was too much text on screen and not enough visually to see.
