WalkMe for xRM1

  • Whilst xRM1 was undergoing maintenance, WalkMe integrated seamlessly in, providing a new technology to make tasks easier for users until the upgrade.

  • According to a recent staff survey, results highlighted just how important it was for the system to be functional when it came to daily activities and tasks.

  • Significant research and a visit to the Patient Referral Centre was conducted to observe the end to end processes and decipher what tools to use.

  • The use of analytics measured user engagement and interaction and was monitored within the platform, thus allowing for iterative changes to the content. These tools were proven to be significantly helpful to the xRM1 application and upcoming xRM2.

  • All of the research conducted for this project was used for the xRM2 project (see xRM2 for discovery).

  • The tools helped to ensure that human error was minimised and guided the user to different pages to save additional clicks in their already long process.

  • The training menu was simulated from the ‘Need Help’ button. The users can access the intranet, guides and resources, video recordings and step by step navigation at the click of a button.

  • The ‘Resource’ document, contains which the user can access from the menu.
